Dark Chocolate and Massage
Sounds like a good time, doesn’t it?
My friend Jewel makes one of my very favorite chocolates on the planet. Jewel is also part of the IO extended family. She actually used to work at IO in the very early days right along side me and Melissa back when we were our Front Desk Team as well as our Laundry Ladies as well as our Receptionists and Service Providers (Massage and Yoga, respectively).
As it turns out, we’ve always been lucky with high-powered help finding its way to our door at IO and Jewel was no exception, in fact you could say she might have set the trend. Jewel came to us on hiatus from her pastry chef career. She needed a break from the heavy-duty kitchen work and bustle of that world so she came to IO and dug in with us in the land of wellness where at IO we at least really, really try to practice what we preach.
Well, Jewel’s time with IO came and went and she launched back into culinary-heaven (with smatterings of hell to keep it interesting) and several years later she launched her impeccable line of artisanal chocolates, Cocoa Absolute.
