Spring has sprung in the yoga studio. No two better than to bring in spring energy are Kari Zabel, who teaches an all levels vinyasa class on Monday at 7:45PM at our San Francisco yoga studio and Paige Prichard, a dedicated IO yogi who off the mat makes “wicked pancakes” and loves pigeon pose.
