IO MASSAGE
Swedish-based massage combined with techniques such as Acupressure, Thai, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Chinese Tui Na. The IO 45 minute massage targets problem areas in the body with efficiency.

Four-Handed Massage. Take your IO Massage over the top with two practitioners at once. 60 minutes for $250.
Pure 100 Percent Deep Tissue Massage. This massage is for those of you that like it strong! Deep Tissue work gets deeply into the second muscle layer to address tension that exists there. 45 minutes for $105. 60 minutes for $115. 90 minutes for $175.
IO Organic Fusion Massage. Imparting only rare organic ingredients to the body, this treatment blends Shiatsu techniques to awaken energy pathways with Thai Yoga stretches for deep release. Beginning with ENRICH body lotion to hydrate and soften the skin. Followed by a warming Swedish massage using ANOINT body oil to circulate blood flow and vitalize energy in the body. 60 minutes for $130.
Mom-To-Be Massage. The IO Massage may be customized as an excellent maternity massage. 45 minutes for $95. 60 minutes for $105. 90 minutes for $160.

HOT STONE MASSAGE with ANOINT Oil
Heated basalt river rocks are placed on the body’s key energy points to stimulate and invigorate. The warmth of the stones deeply penetrates the muscle layer. ANOINT Oil adds warmth and healing power to this deeply relaxing and muscle-loosening massage. 90 minutes for $175.
THAI MASSAGE
Traditional Thai Massage is performed on a soft floor mat, and you remain dressed in loose, comfortable clothing (BYO). This massage targets pressure points along the body’s energy lines. Various yoga stretches are assisted by your practitioner. A highly effective way to increase range of motion, body alignment and overall physical and mental energy levels. This ancient massage technique is deep and balancing.

IO ACUPUNCTURE
IO’s Acupuncture treatments usually start with bodywork (Acupressure, Tui Na and Chi Nei Tsang), are followed by needle application and end with a warm cup of tea. Treatments address general medical issues and also specialize in pain management, mental health and women’s issues. First visit is 60-75 minutes. Return visits are 45-60 minutes.

A ‘heady’ and hydrating scalp treatment with Ayurvedic ‘roots’. Engage vital points on the scalp with IO organic ANOINT oil made from the ceremonial flowers, White Lotus and Jasmine, in a base of Avocado and Green Tea-infused Grapeseed oil. The ritual completes with hot towels and balancing point work. Add this experience to any IO massage for $30.
