Welcome to International Orange Yoga. We’re here to help you build a bridge to your better side.
Improved health and well-being are within reach. It will take some hard work and dedication on your part, but we’re here to support you. We have a great range of offerings designed for everyone from absolute beginners to the most advanced yogis, and everyone in between. Some of you will come to yoga fresh from running Crissy Field, while others may not have had a regular exercise routine in years. We have the perfect class for each of you, held in our beautiful and serene Fillmore Street yoga studio.
Which classes are best for beginners?
We recommend starting with our Level 1 class. This class will provide you with a great introduction to foundational yoga poses and good, healthy alignment. Restorative yoga is also an excellent option for those of you who are new to yoga or looking for a slower paced, more relaxing practice.
Our list of class offerings will help you get a sense of which class and level will be best for you. Open Level classes can be appropriate for new students who already have a good level of physical fitness.

Are you ready to give IO Yoga a try?
If you’re new to International Orange, we encourage you to pick up our New Student pass. It’s less than the price of two regularly priced drop-in classes and will give you a full week to immerse yourself in our offerings — more than 30 classes with our caring and knowledgeable instructors. For your first visit, we recommend arriving to the studio 15 minutes early to purchase a pass, familiarize yourself with our space, and introduce yourself to the teacher. No need to sign up online or purchase a class package until you’re ready.

Finally, here are a few more guidelines to help you begin your practice:
- arrive 15 minutes before class begins to check in and set up your mat and props
- turn off your cell phone and remove your shoes before entering the yoga room
- notify your teacher of any injuries, illnesses, or pregnancy
- wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing and bring layers
- practice often! The more you practice, the more you will see results.
