Private one-on-one or small group yoga lessons are a great way to begin a new practice or deepen an existing one. At IO, all private yoga lessons are led by experienced yoga instructors and tailored to meet your needs and goals.
Practitioners with physical limitations, injuries, and special needs will especially benefit from private yoga sessions. The personalized attention you receive in a private yoga class will help you to practice yoga with more ease and confidence. And the specific alignment cues provided in private yoga sessions can also help students of all levels and abilities more effectively in the group setting.

In private and small group yoga, your teacher will create a class to focus on your overall health and fitness goals. For example, you may want to learn the foundations of yoga, use yoga as a cross-training tool to increase your athletic performance, or use the practice to heal from injury and illness.
